We will accompany the team of Ocupat in its visit of the Grupo La Saleta’s installations in Campolivar to present a large-scale job offer to become part of the company staff , working in the socio-health sector. La Saleta, related to the Red pública concertada de atención a la dependencia – Aecas, a public care network for dependencies with 26 assistance resources in the Valencian Autonomous Community and a staff of more than 1200 workers. For five years, this group has been promoting innovation in the care of elderly and dependents following a person-centred care model. It’s about a pioneer method in Spain, committed to end physical and chemical restraints, the users’ dignity and the incorporation of therapies into the residents’ social activity.
