Place this quirky lamp by Sanserif on your work-desk, and it might just chase away the dark shadows of your writer’s block. Dubbed rather cleverly the Lumbrera, the limited edition, hand-made and hand-finished table lamp by Sanserif Creatius is part of the high-end Alphas collection by Depas.

Using typography and the old-world art of letterpress as inspiration, the Lumbrera is also environmentally friendly: it’s made of sturdy cardboard with a wireless LED light source. Shaped in the form of the letter “A”, the first letter of the aphabet is a play on the lamp’s function as an “auxiliary” light point and “aesthetically” pleasing object. More at Luxury insider.
